Abstract
⺠Wetland amount is the most important landscape variable for wetland bird occurrence. ⺠Forest cover is the most important landscape variable for freshwater turtle occurrence. ⺠Wetland configuration was least important for wetland birds and turtles. ⺠Different declining wetland taxa respond to different landscape-scale factors. ⺠Effective landscape conservation planning of wetlands requires a multi-taxa approach.
