Abstract
► We modelled vegetation change under future climate to reflect habitat change. ► We assessed possibility of migration based on habitat change and migration barriers. ► Habitat quality of 11/15 groups may sustain but forest cover becomes more fragmented. ► Four groups are vulnerable to climate change due to small, isolated and disturbed habitats. ► This demonstrated an alternative approach to predict species response to future change.
