Abstract
⺠We surveyed lakes in the Klamath Mountains for amphibians and a fungal pathogen. ⺠Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) is widespread and infects several amphibians. ⺠Bd infection rate varied with species, life stage, date, and elevation. ⺠There was no sign of recent, large-scale die-offs in an at-risk frog species.
