Abstract
- Fe enhances the Cr(VI) biotransformation potential and compactness of the biomaterial.
- DSC thermal analysis was used to identify Cr(VI)/Fe(II) influence on biomaterial.
- Difference in symmetric (νs) and asymmetric (νa) COO stretching frequencies correspond to bridging complexes.
- The coloration was a part due to precipitation of reduced Cr(III) on the surface of fungal mycelium.
