Abstract
► High levels of intraspecific predation were found during the intermolt period. ► Size crab differences resulted in higher cannibalism rates. ► The more unequal the predator-prey proportion were, the higher cannibalism. ► Data is usefull for juvenile culture techniques and stock-enhancement iniciatives.
