Abstract
âºSpecies number, eveness, and richness indices of copepod assemblages were significantly affected in qualitative and quantitative terms between three NORPAC mesh size nets of 333, 200, and 100-μm mesh size. âºThe total copepod abundance in the 100-μm net was significantly higher than that from the 200-μm net (p = 0.001) and of the 333-μm net (p < 0.001). âºThe Shannon-Wiener diversity index of the 333-μm net was significantly higher than for the 200-μm net (p = 0.016) and for the 100-μm net (p = 0.006).
