Abstract
⺠A. stutchburyi accumulated, overall, much lower amounts of metals than M. liliana. ⺠A. stutchburyi and M. liliana both accumulated Pb and Zn. ⺠Bioaccumulation of Cu occurred in A. stutchburyi only in the presence of Zn. ⺠Bioaccumulation of Cu was not evident in M. liliana. ⺠The presence of Pb could affect the bioavailability and uptake of Cu and/or Zn.
