Abstract
⺠We analyze stochastic bistable model of single autoregulatory gene. ⺠Gene switching, transcriptional and translational noises are considered. ⺠We show that the most stable attractor is determined by the type of noise. ⺠The noise characteristics changes during cell cycle and development. ⺠Noise type changes modify the relative occupancy of epigenetic attractors.
