Abstract
⺠We use differential equations to predict hormone changes in the bovine oestrous cycle. ⺠The model simulates control and feedback mechanisms between brain and ovaries. ⺠Predictions agree with known biology and experimental observations. ⺠Effects of animal, nutrition and hormone treatment on ovulation are predicted well.
