Abstract
⺠TLR4 and IFNβ pathways interaction mechanism is investigated by a mathematical model. ⺠The nonlinear character of transcription is modeled by statistical physics techniques. ⺠PKR late phase is pinpointed in the realm of interacting pathways dynamics. ⺠Empirical IRF3, IFNβ and PKR data are recapitulated in physiological feasible limits. ⺠The nonlinear system dose-response profiles are proposed through model details.
