Abstract
⺠A model for the dynamics of cancer hepatocytes under therapeutic actions is proposed. ⺠The model consists of a set of integro-differential equations. ⺠Asymptotic analysis and simulations are developed with an exploratory aim. ⺠The role of mutation and proliferation phenomena in cancer progression is studied. ⺠A comparison among the effects of cytotoxic drugs and targeted agents is developed.
