Computational analysis of RNA-protein interaction interfaces via the Voronoi diagram

► Understanding RNA-Protein interactions is a pivotal goal in structural biology. ► The geometrical methods for computing properties of RNA-Protein complexes interface are useful. ► In this study the modified convex hull filter was used for reducing buried interface atoms. ► This algorithm is implemented to a database with different RNA-Protein complexes extracted PDB. ► The results show high statistical parameters in comparison to classical model.
