Abstract
												⺠We mathematically model cell-cycle dynamics using a system of coupled ODEs. ⺠We report results of original experiments on HCT116 cells. ⺠We investigate the effects of a DNA interactive agent (RHPS4) by parameter fitting. ⺠RHPS4 affects cancer cells in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle. ⺠The drug causes delayed cell death which is dose-dependent.
