Abstract
⺠We propose a 3D graphical representation of DNA based on codons and we call it C-curve. ⺠This model allows direct inspection of compositions of codons in DNA sequences. ⺠This model can be used to denote global and local information of DNA sequences. ⺠Based on C-curve, we give two numerical representations for analysis of DNA sequences.
