Abstract
⺠A collection of native rizospheric Pseudomonas sp. from alfalfa was established. ⺠In vitro screening and genotypic approach were assessed in the isolates collection. ⺠Antagonistic isolates were more frequent in alfalfa planted in previously natural grassland. ⺠Genotypic fingerprinting can be a suitable screening approach for this system. ⺠Plant assays showed five isolates with significant biocontrol and promotion effects.
