Abstract
⺠We report on biocontrol of Ampelomyces quisqualis against powdery mildews. ⺠Strains of A. quisqualis exibited a different level of mycoparasitic activity. ⺠Mycoparasitic activity may be explained by the genotype and fungal host. ⺠A. quisqualis strains differed for production of cell wall degrading enzymes. ⺠Chitobiase and protease activity can be associated with the mycoparasitic activity.
