Abstract
► An on-site mass rearing device for Lariophagus distinguendus was developed. ► Acanthoscelides obtectus was chosen as an alternative host. ► Vigna unguiculata was chosen as breeding substrate. ► A continuous release of parasitoids over a period of 4 month was achieved. ► The new device will facilitate the control of Sitophilus granarius in stored grain.
