Abstract
⺠Genetically modeled the influence of heterosis on augmentative biocontrol. ⺠Parentage of F1 progeny and their fitness was defined. ⺠Hybrids were found to be of differential fitness, depending on their parental ancestry. ⺠The genetic interactions between populations (wild and lab) is potentially significant to augmentative releases.
