Abstract
⺠Leptoglossus occidentalis is an invasive conifer seed-feeder in Italy. ⺠Life history traits of the parasitoid Gryon pennsylvanicum were tested in the lab. ⺠G. pennsylvanicum has high reproduction and long-lived adults. ⺠Reproductive potential is maintained even in the absence of the host. ⺠G. pennsylvanicum is a good candidate for classical biological control.
