Abstract
⺠The parasitoid Lariophagus distinguendus suppressed Sitophilus zeamais in jute bags and bulk stored maize. ⺠The suppression of host in bulk maize was dependent on depths. ⺠Offspring of L. distinguendus were produced in jute bags and in bulk. ⺠The practical potential of using the parasitoid for biological control of S. zeamais was established.
