Abstract
► We tested a new type of tunnel sprayer for vineyards, fitted with lamellate separators. ► We assessed spray deposition at 12 locations on the vine canopy, in comparison to a conventional sprayer. ► A 6 randomised-blocks experiment was performed at two growth stages of the vine. ► We found that both sprayers were similar in mean deposition and variability. ► The tunnel sprayer was able to recover and recycle 34%-50% of the applied volume.
