Abstract
⺠We evaluate nutraceutical profile of subtropical blue maize hybrids. ⺠We reported for the first time the availability of high-agronomic potential subtropical blue maize hybrids. ⺠Hybrids retained high levels of phytochemical and nutraceutical activity. ⺠Blue maize hybrids have excellent potential for commercial planting and industrial utilization.
