Abstract
MFC isolated from xylanase-pretreated dates palm fruits stalks pulp using ultrafine grinding. Xylanase pretreatment facilitates isolation of MFC from the fibers. The MFC films had higher density, tensile strength and lower porosity and water absorption than that prepared from untreated dates palm fruitsstalks pulp.
