- Pulp oil oxidative stability index was influenced by oleic acid content.
- Seed oil - good antioxidant capacity (83.49%).
- Seed oil - tocopherols (α-tocopherol) 993.63 mg/kg.
- Seed oil - phytosterols (β-sitosterol) 91.09 mg/kg.
- Pulp oil - oleic acid (46.09%), seed oil - linoleic acid (47.91%).
