Abstract
â¶ It was clearly significant that the Oroval variety had a higher content than the rest of the varieties. â¶ As regards to the interest that industry production of citrus juices can use mandarin fiber, the results we concluded that this fiber can be even more interesting than that of oranges, because its higher content is CF, although the total fiber content is lower. â¶ As regards to the content in fiber in the core, is that although it has a lower fiber content, it can be purified more easily, being absent from compounds such as carotenoids, cutin, and terpenoids.
