Abstract
ⶠNitrogen source in the culture medium is crucial for Crambe regeneration. ⶠLepiovre basal medium is more efficient than MS for shoot regeneration. ⶠTDZ is more efficient than other types of cytokinin for shoot regeneration. ⶠCombination of glucose, Lepiovre basal medium, TDZ and light results in over 95% of regeneration frequency from hypocotyls.
