Abstract
ⶠThe composition of grape stalk in terms of lignin, sugars, ash, extractives and tannins contents was established. ⶠExtractives fraction was characterized by GC-MS and tannins by 13C NMR. ⶠDifferent processes for the pretreatment of grape stalk were compared.
