Abstract
â¶ Delaying Silybum marianum sowing time increased silymarin yield and content. â¶ Silymarin content increase resulted from proportional increase in all flavonolignans. â¶ Silybinin and silychristin are the main flavonolignans in the fruit of cultivar Silma.
