Abstract
ⶠCurrently there are no reports describing methods for the in vitro propagation of kenaf. Hence, development of suitable regeneration methods would be interesting. The purpose of this study was to develop an efficient and suitable protocol for micropropagation of H. cannabinus plants through multiple buds growing from nodal and apical explants using MS medium free from growth regulators and without a rooting step.
