Abstract
▶ Biophysical measurements of lesquerella canopies were related to hyperspectral canopy reflectance using partial least squares regression. ▶ Lesquerella dry weight, flower count, and silique count could be estimated from canopy spectral reflectance. ▶ Partial least squares regression is a complex mathematical procedure, but is useful for exploratory analysis of hyperspectral data sets.
