Abstract
ⶠBiophysical measurements of lesquerella canopies were related to hyperspectral canopy reflectance using partial least squares regression. ⶠLesquerella dry weight, flower count, and silique count could be estimated from canopy spectral reflectance. ⶠPartial least squares regression is a complex mathematical procedure, but is useful for exploratory analysis of hyperspectral data sets.
