Abstract

âº The Glu-A1x and Glu-B1x genes of rivet wheat were analysed by PCR and endonuclease digestion. âº The restriction patterns were clear enough to differentiate between alleles. âº The PCR-RFLP technique allows identifying allelic variants not seen with SDS-PAGE or PCR techniques.
