Abstract
⺠RP-UPLC conditions for separating whet water-soluble proteins were optimized. ⺠A comparative analysis between RP-UPLC and RP-HPLC was carried out. ⺠Different wheat cultivars and germplasm were identified by the optimized RP-UPLC. ⺠Genetic controls and environmental effects of water-soluble proteins were studied.
