Abstract
⺠Heat and drought affected similarly flour protein content and SDS sedimentation. ⺠Heat and drought affected differently gluten-related parameters (LARC; SIG; MPT). ⺠Heat and drought reduced grain yield but enhanced flour yellowness. ⺠Genotypes and quality parameters responded differently to drought and heat stress.
