Abstract
⺠Introduction of a simple procedure to obtain PSRF from defatted rice bran. ⺠PSRF has higher phenolics and saponins contents than CAE and AqF. ⺠PSRF exhibited higher antioxidant activity than CAE and AqF. ⺠Defatted rice bran could be a sustainable source of dietary phenolics and saponins.
