Abstract
⺠We dissected the genetic relationship among rice chalkiness, protein and RVA profile. ⺠Significant correlation was detected among chalkiness, protein and RVA parameters. ⺠Seven QTLs were consistently detected across 3 environments and confirmed using CSSL. ⺠The Wx locus controlling chalkiness and most of viscosity parameters. ⺠The Alk locus was associated with protein content and most of viscosity parameters.
