Abstract
⺠The new LOX/RNO method reveals high antioxidant activity of wheat grain extracts. ⺠The method discriminates among samples and correlates with antioxidant content. ⺠The method suggests a very strong synergism among phenols, higher than ORAC. ⺠TEAC assay is unable to correlate with antioxidant content and to suggest synergism.
