Abstract
⺠Contribution of HMW-GS alleles determined by generating deficient lines by EMS-mutagenesis. ⺠The identification and characterization of Dy10 and Ax1 deficient lines were described. ⺠Dy10 and Ax1 deficient lines yielded weaker doughs with faster development time. ⺠First time that the role of Dy10 has been reported apart from the Dx5 + Dy10 allele pair combination.
