Abstract
⺠NaN3-induced mutation can be used to improve the quality traits of rice variety. ⺠NaN3-induced mutation affects the endosperm type and phytochemicals in pigmented mutants. ⺠Non-waxy type Mutant M-69 can be used as a staple food. ⺠Mutant M-69 can also be used to produce health-promoting by-products.
