Abstract
► Pinto beans with ≤14% moisture content can be stored for 20 weeks at <20 °C. ► Storage at High temperature (≥30 °C) had significant effect on seed coat darkening. ► Beans with high moisture content should be dried within 3 weeks to prevent quality loss. ► FAV and fungal growth increased with increase in moisture content and storage temperature.
