Abstract
												⺠Pinto beans with â¤14% moisture content can be stored for 20 weeks at <20 °C. ⺠Storage at High temperature (â¥30 °C) had significant effect on seed coat darkening. ⺠Beans with high moisture content should be dried within 3 weeks to prevent quality loss. ⺠FAV and fungal growth increased with increase in moisture content and storage temperature.
