Abstract
⺠Lasioderma serricorne disperse between different landscapes and feed on different hosts. ⺠Stable isotopes and elements in body tissue are used as biological markers to determine larval food. ⺠Distinct differences shown in carbon isotope values for insects raised on C3- or C4-based hosts. ⺠Mn is a useful biological marker to indicate L. serricorne feeding origins.
