Abstract
⺠Two geotextile bag systems were used to treat recirculating aquaculture effluent. ⺠Both freshwater and saltwater conditions were evaluated. ⺠Flocculant-aids were used to maximize solids capture efficiency. ⺠Consistent solids capture, nitrogen and phosphorus removal was achieved. ⺠Geotextile bag systems are an efficient RAS waste solids capture option.
