Abstract
⺠We evaluate two levels of biofloc concentration management. ⺠Flow rate to settling chambers can be used to control particle removal. ⺠Settling chambers may be capable of denitrification. ⺠Removing too many particles may hinder nitrification in the water column. ⺠Shrimp growth rate is significantly increased with lower particle concentration.
