Abstract
⺠Chronic exposure to AgNP resulted in significant tissue accumulation in both gill and eviscerated carcass tissue. ⺠Tissue accumulation persisted for up to 4 days after the silver was removed from the system. ⺠There were no observable effects on gill histopathology. ⺠The high concentration of AgNP resulted in significant alterations in global gene expression profiles.
