Abstract
⺠Rainbow trout were exposed to atrazine (ATZ) or nonylphenol (NP) for 4 d. ⺠Immunotoxic effects were assessed at multiple levels of biological organization. ⺠Both ATZ and NP altered leukocyte differential and increased disease susceptibility. ⺠ATZ had a more pronounced effect on immunosuppression at the genomic level. ⺠These 2 endocrine disrupting chemicals are immunotoxic, warranting further research.
