Abstract
⺠Effects of sub-lethal concentrations of microcystins on adult zebrafish were examined. ⺠MC-LR and MC-RR were used for balneation exposure studies. ⺠Four enzymes were investigated as biomarkers for oxygen mediated toxicity. ⺠Insights into the oxidative stress response caused by microcystins in zebrafish are provided.
