Abstract
⺠Sydney Rock oyster haemolymph was analysed by proteomics after exposure to Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn. ⺠A suite of differentially expressed proteins per metal, per concentration were revealed. ⺠An additional suite of proteins were differentially expressed in response to more than one metal. ⺠The most common biological functions of proteins were associated with stress response, cytoskeletal activity and protein synthesis.
