Abstract
⺠Abalone haemocytes were exposed to CdCl2 concentrations for 10 days exposure. ⺠CdCl2 altered immune parameters. ⺠PO activity and ROS production were enhanced at environmental concentrations. ⺠Abalone 10-days primary culture system is suitable for assessing cytotoxic responses.
