Abstract
▶ The major effect of all iron-chlorosis levels was a large reduction of the fruit tree load. ▶ Fruit size increased with moderate chlorosis and decreased with severe chlorosis. ▶ All chlorosis levels increased within-tree variation in fruit appearance. ▶ All chlorosis levels affected fruit maturity, which appear to be associated with fruit carbon-availability.
