Abstract
⺠We studied the importance of NWFP in household food security. ⺠Descriptive statistics and probit regression was used in data analysis. ⺠NWFP appeared in the meals of the households for 43.20% of the time. ⺠Gnetum africanum and Irvingia spp appeared mostly in meals of the households. ⺠The highest income (N27,116.67) was from bread fruit.
