Abstract
⺠We assess the regional distribution of economic impacts from climate change and adaptation in the Canadian forest sector over the 2010-80 period. ⺠Regional computable general equilibrium models are defined for 6 regions in Canada. ⺠16 Economic growth, climate change, timber supply, and adaptation scenarios are considered. ⺠Significant variation in GDP impacts exists between regions. ⺠Net present value analysis indicates that adaptation may be justified in every region.
